About the Role
Looking for an A&P Mechanic with sheet metal experience. Avionics experience a plus but not a requirement. A&P Mechanic performs services, repairs aircraft and aircraft engines. Ideal candidates possess exceptional customer service skills, teamwork attitude, eye for detail, and ability to collaborate with other service departments. Fabricates parts, assemblies and antenna doublers from metal stock and composites using correct fasteners in accordance with FAA approved documents. Fabricate instrument panels and avionics equipment bays prior to and/or following the installation of aircraft. Fabricate brackets for servos and follow schematics, drawings and FAA approved documents for Autopilot installation.

Job Requirements:
Must be licensed A&P Mechanic
Previous sheet metal experience required
Previous avionics experience a plus, but NOT required. On the job training provided for the right candidate.
Must have necessary tools, although specialized tooling and equipment will be provided.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. bending, twisting, stooping, and standing on ladders is a requirement.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test.
Ability to speak, read, comprehend and write English clearly and accurately.
Must be able to work 40hrs a week, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm with occasional overtime a possibility.
